Quotes and payment
Online quotes are starting prices for average-sized properties; your final price is confirmed with you before any work begins. Payment is due in full — we collect the full invoice amount upfront and don't require deposits. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Venmo on our secure payment page (each includes a 5% transaction fee) or pay cash with no fee. We do not accept checks. Invoices unpaid after 15 days may accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month.
Scheduling, cancellation, and weather
You may reschedule or cancel at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 fee. If weather makes it unsafe or ineffective to complete your job, we'll contact you to reschedule at no charge. There is never a fee for weather-related changes on either side.
Access and preparation
We need access to an exterior water spigot and to the areas being cleaned. Please close all windows and doors, move vehicles off surfaces being washed, and secure pets during service. You do not need to be home.
Service guarantee
If you're not satisfied with any area we cleaned, notify us within 48 hours of job completion and we will return to make it right at no charge. This guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning; it does not cover staining or damage that cleaning cannot correct (see below).
Liability and pre-existing conditions
We match pressure and technique to each surface and carry liability insurance for the rare case something goes wrong. However, some conditions cannot be corrected or may be revealed by cleaning, and we are not responsible for them, including: pre-existing damage (cracked concrete, failing paint, loose siding, brittle or rotted wood, aged window seals), stains that have penetrated a surface (deep rust, long-set oil, irrigation staining), oxidation on siding revealed by removing dirt, and water intrusion through pre-existing gaps or failed seals. Where we see a risk before starting, we'll point it out and discuss options first. Surfaces not suited to washing will be declined rather than damaged.
We're also not responsible for damage to protective coatings, sealers, stains, or paint finishes on any surface we clean — pavers, concrete, wood decks and fences, stucco, or asphalt included. Our technicians are trained professionals who take real care with your property, but washing can affect a coating regardless of how carefully it's done. See our full Service Agreement for details.
Plants and landscaping
We pre-wet and, where needed, cover sensitive plants before applying detergents, and use biodegradable products. Please point out prized or delicate plantings before we begin so we can take extra care.
Photo and video release
We photograph our work before and after each job for quality records. We may use exterior before/after photos in our portfolio and marketing; photos are never captioned with your name or exact address. If you'd prefer your project not be used, tell us at booking and we'll exclude it, no questions asked.
Privacy policy
We collect only the information you give us: name, contact details, property address, and job details. We use it solely to quote, schedule, perform, and invoice your service, and to request a review afterward. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except the payment and scheduling platforms needed to run the business. Basic, anonymous analytics may be used to understand site traffic.
