The story
Built on the corners other crews skip
Most companies blast the obvious surfaces and call it a day. We started Cobalt & Copper Exterior because we kept seeing the same thing on homes around the South Bay: a clean driveway next to grimy gutter lines, cobwebs still tucked under the porch, dirt packed into the fence posts nobody touched.
So we built the company around thoroughness. Every job starts with a walk of the whole property: hard-to-reach gutter lines, eave corners, driveway cracks, the webs under the porch. Then every surface gets the pressure and technique that's right for it. Clean deep, damage nothing.

Technique & equipment
Why "the right pressure" is the whole job
The tool matters less than knowing when not to use it at full strength. This is the difference between professional washing and a rented machine.
Soft washing
Low pressure plus biodegradable detergent for stucco, siding, roofs, and wood. The chemistry does the cleaning. The water just rinses. Safe for paint, plants, and pets once dry.
Surface cleaning
For concrete and pavers we run high-pressure power washing in even, overlapping passes across the whole slab, so there are no stripes or etching left behind.
Fully covered
Licensed and insured, with plants pre-wetted and covered before we wash near them, and pre-existing conditions documented before we start. Your property is protected either way.
