Is pressure washing safe for my paint, plants, and pets?
Yes. We use soft-wash, low-pressure techniques and eco-friendly detergents that are safe for siding, paint, landscaping, and pets once dry. We pre-wet and cover sensitive plants before washing near them.
What's the difference between soap and no-soap washing?
A soap wash uses a biodegradable detergent to break down mildew, algae, and ground-in dirt. It's the deeper clean. A no-soap rinse is water-only and works well for light maintenance or areas where you'd rather skip detergent. We'll recommend which fits your job.
Do you offer bug spray treatment?
Yes, it's a $49 add-on to any wash. We treat the foundation, eaves, window sills, and other entry points to knock down spiders, ants, and wasps and help keep them from coming back.
How often should I get my house or driveway washed?
Most South Bay & Peninsula homes benefit from a wash once a year. Driveways and high-traffic concrete may need it every 6–12 months depending on shade, trees, and foot traffic.
Will pressure washing damage my surfaces?
When done correctly, no. We match pressure and technique to the surface: high pressure for concrete, low pressure and soft wash for siding, roofs, and wood. This is exactly why DIY pressure washing sometimes causes damage and professional washing doesn't.
How long does a job take?
Most residential jobs, such as a house wash or a driveway, take one to three hours depending on size. You'll get a time estimate with your quote.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we have access to water and the areas being cleaned. Payment and before/after photos are handled remotely if you can't be there.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
We'll reach out to reschedule at no charge. There are no cancellation fees for weather.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. If you're not satisfied with any area we cleaned, let us know within 48 hours and we'll come back and make it right, free of charge.
Is solar panel cleaning safe for my panels?
Yes. We use deionized water and soft-bristle tools only, no soap, no abrasives, and no high pressure, so there's nothing that could scratch the glass or void your panel manufacturer's warranty. Deionized water also dries spot-free, which matters for panel output.
Do you clean interior windows?
Not currently — our window cleaning service covers exterior glass, frames, and sills only. If you'd like interior windows done too, mention it in your quote request and we'll see what we can work out.
How do I get a price?

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, several. Book two or more services together and a bundle discount is applied automatically (house + driveway, or roof + gutters). Military members, veterans, first responders, and seniors get 10% off any service — just check the box on the instant quote form, honor system, no paperwork needed. Refer someone to us, and once they've booked and paid for their service, you get 10% off your next one — just tell us who you referred when you request your quote.
